FunHaven Products are based in the UK and China, and deliver to the UK Europe and the US. We do make exceptions, so if you are based elsewhere, send us a message and we will do our best to tailor a shipping plan that can have our products in your possession as soon as possible!

- We offer UK shipping on all orders.
- If shipped from UK, your order will be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) OR BEFORE 12 pm SAME DAY
- If shipped from UK, you should expect to receive it 1-3 days from order in the UK
- If shipped from UK, you should expect to receive it 5-10 days from order for ALL INTERNATIONAL orders.
- If shipped from UK, express Delivery Options are AVAILABLE
- Orders Shipped from one of our partner suppliers are shipped within 1-4 days. and should arrive between 7 to 21 Days from despatch. In most cases a tracking number will be provided within 1-3 days.
- In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement, depending on the circumstances.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund. Depending on the reason for the return, you may be responsible for return postage.
Depending on the issue we can exchange the product for another one.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you receive it.
We ask that any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging where possible. Or return address will be provided via email.
If there is an item you would like that is unavailable or if you would like more of the item than we have available, send us a message and we will be happy to let you know how soon we are expecting new stock (we frequently restock through our suppliers)
